  • Unengaged inquiries (no follow-up or engagement): retained for no more than 12 months

  • Engaged clients: retained for up to 7 years to comply with contract, tax, and professional recordkeeping requirements

Deleted request data, backups, and archival copies are also deleted within a commercially reasonable time frame.

Once retention limits are reached, deletion includes all associated logs, metadata, and system backups unless otherwise required by law.

Upon request, we will delete your personal data unless retention is required by law.
